  • Customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns.
  • Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Used, assembled or damaged items and damaged packaging will not be accepted. 
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
