ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C)

Below are Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Online Payment(s):  

General

  1. These payment terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on LastOneFast.com 
  2. By completing a purchase, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms
  3. LastOneFast LLC is hereby referred as The Store
  4. The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Store's website
 

Payment Methods

  1. The Store accepts the following payment methods:
    1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
    2. Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
    3. Bank Transfers (if applicable)

    5. All payments must be made in Omani Riyal.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman
  2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Sultanate of Oman

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Below is the Last One Fast LLC Refund & Return Policy:  

General

  1. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on lastonefast.com
  2. By making a purchase on the Store, the customer agrees to be bound by this Policy. 
  3. The Store reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the Store's website..

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
      • Custom or personalized items
      • Intimate wear or swimsuits or eyewear
      • Digital products or services
  3. Return Process
    1. Customers must contact the Store by email - hello@lastonefast.com to initiate a return.
    2. A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping the product back.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Store error or defective product.
    4. The Store recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5.  Refunds
    1. Refund Eligibility
      1. Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return criteria outlined in Section 2.
      2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Store error.
    3.  Refund Process
      1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
      2. Approved refunds will be processed in line with the payment processor terms and conditions to the original payment method.

 Exchanges

  1.  Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. To request an exchange, Customers must follow the return process and specify the desired replacement item.
  3. If the replacement item is of a different price, the Customer may need to pay the difference or will receive a partial refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

  1.  Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damages or defects to the Store within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. For damaged or defective products, the Store may offer:
    1. A replacement
    2. A full refund
    3. Store credit
  4.  The Store may request photographic evidence or the return of the damaged or defective product.

Exceptions and Special Conditions

  1.  Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
